Dec 7th – Feed My Starving Children – Annual Holiday Event

Cadette Troop 18585 has secured a session again this holiday season to package food at the Coon Rapids Feed My Starving Children location. All are welcome to join us. Family and friends are also welcome to join.

During our event we are asking participants to bring donations to be delivered to Coon Rapids Humane Society. Current needs include: Any Brand Canned Pet Food, Purina One Dry Dog Food, animal treats, and NEW cat / dog toys NEW or GENTLY USED blankets without stuffing and towels.

Student-to-Adult ratio:

All children must have a Troop Leader or Parent/Guardian present. Please follow the guidelines below for numbers as required by Feed My Starving Children location. For safety reasons, children under the age of 5 are not allowed in packing area.

• Grades K-2: 1 student to 1 adult
• Grades 3-6: 3 students to 1 adult
• Grades 7-9: 4 students to 1 adult
• Grades 10-12: 5 students to 1 adult
